NDCL is pleased to welcome Athletic Trainer Mitch Geddis to our athletics staff. Mitch joins NDCL as part of the new partnership with University Hospitals' comprehensive sports medicine program for the 2025-26 school year. He has been employed by University Hospitals since June of 2022.
Geddis brings over eight years of experience as a certified athletic trainer working with adolescents and young adults. He comes to NDCL from Cardinal High School where he served as the athletic trainer for three years.
After earning his bachelor's degree from Otterbein University, he began his career at Heidelberg University as a graduate assistant athletic trainer while earning his master's degree in educational leadership. He continued at Heidelberg for three more years as a full-time athletic trainer with Mercy Health. He also holds additional certifications in performance therapy and training, with a background in strength and conditioning.
Geddis joined the NDCL Athletics staff in June and is currently monitoring summer activities, youth sports camps, and assisting our teams in the weight room.
