Ella Ko, Sophomore – Girls Soccer: Ko scored one of the Lions' two goals in their 2-0 win over Madison on the road. The sophomore leads the team this season with eight goals scored through ten games.
Alexis Urigel, Junior – Girls Golf: Urigel won her second straight NCC MVP award for her stellar performance at the North Coast Conference Championships. The junior's low round of 82 earned her the conference MVP title and first team honors. Urgiel's 82 led the Lions to their first conference championship in eight years.
Lincoln Miller, Junior – Boys Golf: Miller led the Lions at the NCC Championships with a low round of 77. He was awarded first team all-conference honors for his stellar performance.
Ryan Cvitkovic, Senior – Cvitkovic recorded his third hat trick of the season in the Lions' 6-0 win over Madison at home. The senior tallied a new career-high of five goals in the game. Cvitkovic has scored a staggering 19 goals across 11 games this season.
Mia Moissis, Junior – Girls Volleyball: Moissis had a solid week for the Lions in their two conference matchups this week against Lake Catholic and Beaumont. Versus Lake Catholic, Moissis recorded ten kills and four digs and in the Lions' 3-0 sweep of Beaumont she tallied eight kills, four digs, and a career-high of six aces.
Madeline Rand, Freshman – Girls Volleyball: The young freshman came up big for the Lions in Varsity Volleyball's third place finish in the Massillon Jackson Tournament. Rand recorded a combined 21 kills, 13 digs, and four assists across three games played in the tournament.
Zoey Myers & Kyle Neved, Juniors – Cross Country: Myers and Nedved recorded new PRs and had the top finishes on the team. Myers finished in seventh place overall with a stellar time of 19:13.90. Nedved took 56th place overall and ran a time of 17:21.55.
Casey McInnerney, Junior – Football: In the Lions' 27-21 win over Bedford, McInnerney caught a team-high five passes for 51 yards and a touchdown. On defense, he recorded three tackles, one tackle for loss, and a fumble recovery.
Vance Marut, Senior – Football: Marut paced the Lions' defense on Friday night that accounted for three Bedford fumbles. The senior tallied a team-high of eight tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, and a fumble recovery.
