Bring in the completed form with ALL patches, and a 50% deposit on the Letterman Jacket Order (Check made payable to  NDCL Athletics). 

Current turn-around times on Letterman Jacket Orders is about 7-9 weeks.

Second Year - Sport-Specific Patch
Third Year - Lion Patch
Fourth Year - 4-Year Award Plaque
