At Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, athletics is an extension of our school's educational mission and the Educational Vision and Principles of the Sisters of Notre Dame.

At the same time, the ultimate value of athletics extends beyond wins and losses. Through competition, we have an opportunity to develop competitors, form leaders, strengthen character, and build meaningful relationships.

People are our Priority.

Our coaches are educators, and our athletic programs provide another environment in which young people can experience the values at the heart of an NDCL education. The Sisters of Notre Dame call us to recognize the human dignity of each person, foster value-based leadership, build community, serve others, and demonstrate “goodness supported by firmness.”
