Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School

Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin announced the hiring of Alexandra Manfroni as the head girl’s lacrosse coach Thursday afternoon. 
 
The 2016 NDCL graduate, Manfroni served this past season as a Varsity Assistant at NDCL. She will take over the program from current head coach Peter Pietrangelo, he has served as the head coach the last three years.
 
“NDCL Athletics is thrilled to announce the hiring of Alexandra Manfroni as the girls lacrosse coach, said NDCL Athletic Director Jim Clark. “Coach Manfroni made an immediate impact this season as an assistant for us. We look forward to her continuing to build the girls lacrosse program.”
 
She spent the 2021 season as the Head Coach at Revere High School. She also had a previous stint as an Assistant Coach at Fairfield High School.  
 
“As my coaching career began five years ago, my end goal was getting back to NDCL because I had such an incredible experience as a student-athlete, said Manfroni. “As the new head coach of the girls lacrosse team, all I want is to contribute to the unmatched NDCL experience.” 
 
Manfroni, who earned her degree from Miami University in Sport Management and Supply Chain Management in 2020. She is currently a Supply Chain Analyst for Avery Dennison.
