Ryan Cvitkovic, Junior – Boys Soccer: Cvitkovic scored both Lion goals this week in their 1-0 win versus Akron North in the sectional semifinal and 4-1 loss to university School in the sectional final. 

Elena Fleming & Ella Workinger, Senior/Freshman - Girls Tennis: The doubles duo finishes as the 2024 DI Doubles State Runners-up! They finished 3-1 in state tennis match play. Fleming and Workinger have etched their names in the record books as the top finishers in school history at the state tournament in Girls Tennis. 

Joey Penny, Sophomore – Football: Penny led the Lions defense in their week nine loss to Padua. The sophomore offensive/defensive lineman had five tackles, three tackles for loss, and his first career interception.

Owen Thomas, Freshman - Cross Country: Thomas led the Lions at the DII District Cross Country Meet on Saturday. The freshman finished in fourth-place overall with a time of 16:14.71. His top finish paved the way for the Boys team to advance to regionals for the 15th straight season.

Zoey Myers, Sophomore: Cross Country: Myers led the Girls team at the DII District Cross Country Meet. Myers, a sophomore, finished in 13th place overall with a time of 20:41.66. Myers' finish propelled the Lions to advance to regionals for the first time in eight years.

Sophia DeRenzo, Senior - Girls Volleyball: In the Lions' three set win over Garrett Morgan in the first game of the OHSAA tournament, DeRenzo led the team with a solid all-around game. She had three digs, three aces, one kill, and a team-high seven assists.
