Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin girls soccer earned a 1-1 draw against Beaumont in North Coast Conference action Thursday at NDCL.

The Lions struck first behind junior Ella Ko, who scored from approximately 25 yards out to give NDCL the early advantage. The goal was Ko's 12th of the season, continuing a productive junior campaign.

NDCL carried the 1-0 lead into halftime and kept Beaumont off the scoreboard through the opening portion of the second half.

The Blue Streaks eventually found the equalizer with approximately 20 minutes remaining, converting from a corner kick to make it 1-1.

Neither side found the deciding goal over the remainder of the match, leaving the conference opponents even at the final whistle.

The Lions now turn their attention to Senior Night. NDCL will host Kirtland on Monday, Oct. 5, as the program recognizes its seniors before the home match.
