Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin JV girls tennis competed with an adjusted lineup Wednesday, Sept. 16, falling 5-0 to Solon at home.

The Lions entered the match without two starters, requiring adjustments throughout the lineup against a strong Solon team.

NDCL continued to compete across all five courts, but the Comets were able to secure each point and complete the sweep.

While the result did not go the Lions' way, the match provided another opportunity for members of the lineup to gain experience as NDCL moves through the final portion of its schedule.

The loss moves the Lions to 9-5 on the season.

NDCL will have several days to prepare for its next competition. The Lions return to the court Tuesday, Sept. 22, when they host Chardon.
