Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin JV boys golf put together a balanced performance Tuesday, earning a 182-214 home victory over Benedictine.

Frankie Fleck led the Lions with a team-low round of 42.

Colin Urigel and Kevin Suvak followed with matching rounds of 44, giving NDCL three scores of 44 or better. Dom Constanzo completed the Lions' scoring with a 52 to produce the team total of 182.

The consistent play at the top of the lineup helped NDCL build a 32-stroke advantage over Benedictine.

Tuesday's victory continued a productive stretch for the JV Lions. NDCL previously edged Kenston, 179-180, on Aug. 25 before defeating Benedictine, 176-196, the following day.

The Lions now shift their attention from dual-match competition to tournament play.

NDCL returns to the course Thursday, Sept. 3, for the St. Edward Invitational at Big Met Golf Course.
