FinalForms Registration: Please login to your FinalForms account, select all 23-24 sports your athlete will be participating in, and sign all forms (please note handbooks will become current July 1, 2023)

OHSAA Physical: Physicals should be turned in to Mrs. Hurt in the Main Office. The 2023-24 OHSAA Physical Form is now available (CLICK HERE)
