The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin boys golf team continued its early-season tournament schedule Monday, tying for seventh place among 18 teams at the CVCA Invitational.

The Lions posted a team score of 333 to secure the top-10 finish.

Lincoln Miller led NDCL with a 79, while Danny Zaller III finished one stroke behind with an 80. Paul Williams added an 84 as the Lions continued to build consistency through the early portion of the 2026 season.

"We are trending in the right direction!" head coach Edward Trebets said.

The result followed NDCL's runner-up finish at the NEO Futures Tour Kickoff Classic to begin the season and provided another opportunity for the Lions to compete in a large tournament field.

NDCL returns to match play Thursday, Aug. 13, against Kenston.
