Hall of Fame
While at Latin, Bill lettered in football and was on the varsity squad his sophomore, junior and senior years. He was a starter for his junior and senior years. One year he started at guard and the next year he started at tackle. As a senior, he was named to the “All East Senate Team.” He played on the 1964 team coached by Sam Ruvolo which had a record of 6-4-0 – Latin’s first winning season since 1961.
Bill attended the University of Buffalo in New York on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Business.
Bill joins classmates Tom Saxe, Al Shatteen and Kevin McManamon into the Athletic Hall of Fame.
