Rhonda served as an outstanding coach, athletic director and teacher at NDA and NDCL for 28 years. She is admired at NDCL for her technology skills in the classroom, leadership in athletics, and friendship for the decades of students, faculty, staff, and parents with whom she generously shared these gifts.

As athletic director for NDA, she added cross country, track, and tennis programs to the volleyball, basketball, and softball programs. She also coached basketball and softball.

When NDCL was created in 1988, she started the boys' athletic programs and directed the development of the McGarry Gymnasium, several baseball diamonds, practice fields and Lion Football Stadium.

Rhonda was named NCL Athletic Director of the Year in 1966. Besides being a wonderful coach and teacher, she is also recognized as an excellent administrator who always kept the best interests of her students at heart.
