Hall of Fame
Eileen was an athlete in an era when the worlds women and sports were seldom used in the same sentence. She played in all of the available NDA sports programs. As a forward on her class basketball team, they won the school championship each of her four years at NDA and Eileen was also a member of the NDA volleyball team.
Additionally, she and her classmate, Grace Martin (deceased), where tennis doubles champions for the tournaments played in Rockefeller Park. She was a gifted athlete who used her talents to the highest available levels and considers her love of sports to be matched only by the pride she had in being a student of her beloved Notre Dame Academy.
