Hall of Fame
Thomas Lange played under coach Herb Eisele, on the team which lost their first two games of the season and went on to win the City Championship defeating West Tech 20-6. Tom was a regular tackle for two years and was selected to the All-Scholastic team. As a senior, the team was 7-2-1 and 5-2-1 as a junior. Lange was a letter winner as a sophomore and senior in tennis.
Tom went on to Case Western Reserve University where he played football as a sophomore and then joined the Navy V12 program, and was sent to Oberlin College where he played football. The team was undefeated and won the Ohio Conference Championship. After the Navy, he returned to CWRU for his senior year and played football.
