several lead roles in the City of Cleveland. You name the project; Joe was part of its success from Playhouse Square’s development to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame to Gateway and Euclid Corridor. Downtown Cleveland’s boom in residential and entertainment destinations is part of his lifelong legacy to his native city.
