Hall of Fame
Dennis DeJulius was a regular on Latin's backfield for two years. As a junior, the team was 4-6, however, the team was 7-3 in his senior year as they were co-champs of the East Senate, losing to Benedictine in the playoff game. Against St. Ignatius, Dennis gained 166 yards on 13 attempts, including two touchdown runs of 87 and 44 yards as Latin won 12-8. DeJulius was selected to the Cleveland Plain Dealer All-East Senate first team. DeJulius was added to the varsity basketball team in the mid season as a sophomore and the team was 15-5 and finished second in the East Senate, and lost to West in the playoffs. As a senior, the team was 7-11 and Dennis was the third leading scorer and team co-captain.
Dennis went on to play football at John Carroll University.
