Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School

Catherine excelled in sports at a time when girls' athletics was hardly in existence. She played volleyball and basketball, as well as CYO basketball and softball.

After graduating from NDA, Catherine studied physical education at Notre Dame College and started the sports programs at the new Hoban Dominican High School where she taught math, biology, and physical education.
