Hall of Fame
Frank Tercek first played on the Latin varsity team in 1940. He was a substitute center and later switched to an end. That year, the Lions beat West Tech in the Charity Game 20-6. He starred at end during his senior year and also did most of the placekicking. Frank was voted on the All-Scholastic high school football team in 1941. The 1942 yearbook states that, "Frank Tercek proved himself to be an asset to his squad because of his very capable playing at the end and blocking posts, paving the way for many touchdowns." He also played varsity basketball.Â
After graduation, Frank attended John Carroll University.
