Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin School

Michael Gorbett played on the varsity football squad for three years at the tackle position. He was a regular during his junior and senior years. As a sophomore the team was 8-2, in his junior year 9-1, and 6-3 his senior year when he was a tri-captain of the team. He was an outstanding defensive player and joined his teammate Eiben on the All-East Senate team as a tackle and the All-Scholastic team.

Mike went on to Kansas University where he played football for four years.
